Aronia

Aronia is a North American perennial herb in shrub form, up to 80-140 cm tall, with purple-black fruits about 6 mm in diameter. The leaves of the plant are 3-7 cm long, glossy and hairless. According to 2019 data, aronia is cultivated on a total area of 78 ha in Turkey. Aronia is grown in bush form and the fruits are harvested manually.
