Calendula

Service Overview

Its Latin name is ‘Calendula officinalis’. The plant was named Calendula, which means the first day of the month in Latin, because the plant re-blooms after the seed-binding flowers are properly plucked. It is also known as Orange Daffodil because of its orange flowers. However, it has no affinity with the Narcissus plant. It belongs to the daisy family. It is an annual, herbaceous plant that grows in almost every geography where temperate climate prevails.
