Sumac

Rhus coriaria commonly called Sicilian sumac, tanning sumac, or elm-leaved sumac, is a small tree-like deciduous shrub in the cashew family Anacardiaceae. It is native to southern Europe and western Asia. The dried fruits are used as a spice with other spices, especially in a mixture called za’atar.
